Today's Scenario: - WTI crude oil is recovering from its biggest daily loss in a week and trading around $77.50 in the European session on Wednesday. The market sentiment has improved as investors await key US data and the weekly official oil inventory numbers. Additionally, the possibility of production cuts from key refiners due to lower demand is providing support to the rebound. The surprise draw in the oil inventories, as reported by the American Petroleum Institute (API) on Tuesday, is also boosting the recovery in WTI crude oil.

Buy Scenario: - The current 100-day moving average level of approximately $76.90 is preventing WTI crude oil from dropping in the short-term. However, the bullish sentiment is still tentative unless the price remains below the recent low of around $79.50 from earlier this month. Till we do not advise to buy in WTI US oil.

Selling Scenario: - From a daily technical perspective, WTI Oil is currently trading above its daily pivot at $73.89, but below the R1 level at $82.53. The long-term technical indicators suggest an upward move, but the short-term outlook indicates a potential for weakness.
If the price can maintain momentum and move above the R1 level at $82.53, it would indicate that buying pressure is increasing, potentially leading to a further acceleration to the upside. On the other hand, if the price falls below the R1 level, it would indicate that short-term selling pressure is gaining momentum, with the pivot at $73.89 as the next major support level. Till we did not advise to sell WTI Crude oil.
