Today's Scenario: - As Thursday's European session approaches, USD/JPY is recording slight losses around 132.60. Despite the US Dollar's positive performance and rising Treasury bond yields, the pair is struggling to maintain gains due to mixed concerns about the Bank of Japan's (BoJ) next move.

Investors are unsure of the BoJ's future monetary policy stance and how it may affect the Japanese Yen's strength. This uncertainty is causing some hesitation among traders, which is contributing to the USD/JPY's lackluster performance.

Buy Scenario: - Looking at the daily chart, USD/JPY is currently trading above the 55-period Simple Moving Average (SMA) at 132.40. The next resistance level is located around the 133.00 area. If the pair consolidates above this level, it could pave the way for further gains. Till we did not advise to buy in USD/JPY.

Sell Scenario: - On the other hand, if USD/JPY experiences a downside move, the key support level to watch out for is the 131.80 zone. A breach of this level could indicate a shift in the pair's bullish momentum. Till we did not advise to sell the position in USD/JPY.
