Today's Scenario: - In the Asian session, the USD/CHF pair is attempting to surpass the immediate resistance level at 0.8970. The Swiss franc has rebounded strongly due to the postponement of US debt-ceiling negotiations, which helps avoid a potential default situation.

S&P500 futures have shown notable gains early in the Asian session following a bearish Tuesday. However, market sentiment remains cautious due to the lack of a positive outcome from the US debt-ceiling talks, which has increased the risk of a recession in the US economy.

Buy Scenario: - The USD/CHF pair is currently trading above the 200-hour moving average (HMA) and showing bullish signals from the MACD indicator and RSI (14), which is not yet in the overbought territory. However, the RSI (14) has limited upside potential before reaching overbought levels, indicating a downward-sloping resistance line from April 19 around 0.8990 as the key short-term resistance.

If the USD/CHF pair manages to break above 0.8990, the next resistance levels to watch are the April 19 high around 0.9000, the April 10 peak near 0.9135, and the previous monthly high around the 0.9200 level. Till we do not advise to buy USD/CHF.

Sell Scenario: - On the downside, a pullback in USD/CHF is unlikely unless it breaks below the 200-HMA support at 0.8925. Even if it breaks this support, there is an additional upward-sloping support line from May 04, currently near 0.8920, which could act as a further support level to the downside.

If the USD/CHF weakness extends below 0.8920, the bears could target the monthly low at 0.8820.

Overall, the USD/CHF pair remains in bullish territory, although there may be limited room for further upside moves. Till we do not advise to sell USD/CHF.
