Today's Scenario: - At the start of the week, the USD Index (DXY) is moving within a tight range, hovering slightly above the 102.00 level. This index measures the strength of the US dollar against a basket of its major rivals. Despite some fluctuations, the greenback has been relatively stable in recent trading sessions.

Buy Scenario: - Although we expect some short-term consolidation around the uptrend from May 2021, which stands at 101.90, we are still anticipating a significant break that will lead to a retest of the YTD low at 100.82. Ultimately, we believe the USD Index will reach the 61.8% retracement level of the 2021/2022 uptrend, which is located at 98.98. Till we do not advise to buy US Dollar Index.

Sell Scenario: - However, in the near term, the immediate downside risk will remain if the resistance level of 103.52 holds. To reverse this bearish trend, the USD Index needs to break above this resistance level and gain strength back up to 105.12.
