Today's Scenario: - The US Dollar Index (DXY) is struggling to continue its rebound from a two-week low, trading around 101.40 during Thursday's Asian session. Despite concerns over the First Republic Bank (FRB) and the US House of Representatives passing a bill to increase the US debt ceiling to avoid default, the greenback's gauge against six major currencies is not seeing any boost in sentiment. The bill, called the "Limit, Save, Grow Act," includes spending cuts for the next decade and was passed by a narrow margin. However, the White House has stated that President Joe Biden has made it clear that this bill has no chance of becoming law, dampening initial optimism and raising fears of long and difficult discussions on the matter.

Buy Scenario: - Buyers who are attempting to counter the trend will aim to break above the resistance level of 101.695, with the goal of a near-term breakout above 101.940. Conversely, sellers who are following the trend will try to push the index below the support level of 101.450, with the aim of breaking through 100.930. Till we do not advise to buy US Dollar Index.

Sell Scenario: - Looking at the daily technical analysis of the June US Dollar Index futures, the current trading range is within the pivot zone of 101.450 to 101.695. However, the technical indicators suggest a downward movement in the price.
The index has found support this week at the retracement zone of 101.180 to 101.000. On the other hand, the resistance level is located at the retracement zone of 101.450 to 101.695. Till we do not advise to sell in US Dollar Index
