Today's Scenario: - The price of silver, represented as XAG/USD, is fluctuating around $25.20 after bouncing back from key short-term support, which ended the previous two-day losing streak. However, the metal is facing difficulty in justifying the recent improvement in the bullish bias, as it is struggling with the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA).

Despite this, the weakening strength of the bearish Moving Average Convergence and Divergence (MACD) signals and a stable Relative Strength Index (RSI) at 14 can provide some support to XAG/USD's recovery and allow it to cross the immediate hurdle, i.e., the 50-SMA level around $25.25.

Buy Scenario: - Nevertheless, the previous support line from March 10, approximately $25.95 at present, followed by the round number of $26.00, will challenge the buyers of silver after crossing the 50-SMA level.

The latest swing high of $26.06, also the highest level since April 2022, acts as an upside filter.

If the XAG/USD price stays above $26.06, there is a possibility of seeing an increase towards crossing the peak of April 2022, nearly $26.25, followed by a rally targeting the previous yearly peak of $26.95. Till we did not recommend buying Silver (XAG/USD).

Sell Scenario: - On the downside, the break of the aforementioned one-month-old upward-sloping support line, around $25.00 at present, restricts the immediate decline of the Silver price.

After that, a horizontal area comprising multiple lows marked since April 05, approximately $24.80-70, may challenge the sellers of XAG/USD.

It should be noted that the Silver bears should remain cautious unless they see a clear downside break of the 200-SMA support level, which is close to $23.05 at present. Till we do not advise selling silver (XAG/USD).
