Today's Scenario: - Silver price experienced a rebound after briefly dropping below the 50-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) at $24.27. This recovery helped to erase some of the earlier losses that pushed the price of the white metal to a new daily low of $23.88. Currently, the XAG/USD pair is trading at $24.05, showing a 0.45% increase compared to its opening price.

Buy Scenario: - On the upside, if the XAG/USD pair manages to break above the immediate horizontal resistance at $24.20, it does not guarantee a clear path for buyers as several obstacles marked in April around $24.50-60 present challenges for further upside movement. Additionally, the 200-day Simple Moving Average (SMA) level, located around $25.00, acts as another resistance level.

In summary, the price of silver is likely to experience further downside pressure, but the extent of the potential decline is limited. Till we did not recommend buying Silver (XAG/USD).

Sell Scenario: - The price of silver (XAG/USD) has reached a new intraday low near $24.00 after reversing its rebound from the lowest levels seen in 1.5 months. This suggests that the metal is facing difficulty in surpassing a horizontal resistance level that has been in place since late March.

As a result, it is expected that the price of silver will continue to decline towards the 50% Fibonacci retracement level of the upward move seen from March to May, located around $23.80.

However, it is worth noting that the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently in oversold territory, and there are also bullish signals from the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator. These factors, combined with the presence of multiple support levels established in late March and early April around $23.50, are likely to limit further downside for silver.

In the event that the price of silver remains bearish and falls below $23.50, the next significant support level to watch is the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level, also known as the Golden Fibonacci Ratio, around $23.25. This level is expected to serve as the final defense for silver buyers. Till we do not advise selling silver (XAG/USD).

Support and Resistance Level: -
