Today's Scenario: - On Thursday, Silver price (XAG/USD) is maintaining slight gains at around $25.50-55, following a pause in bullish momentum after reaching the highest levels in a year on the previous day. The overbought Relative Strength Index (RSI) (14) line is also posing a challenge for further gains.

Nevertheless, the Silver bulls remain optimistic as there has been a clear break above the one-week-old descending resistance line, which is now acting as immediate support near $25.45. Additionally, the price is continuing to trade above a one-month-old ascending trend line, which is currently situated around $25.15.

Buy Scenario: - the $26.00 round figure and overbought RSI (14) could challenge the Silver buyers, but a break of this level could push the XAG/USD price towards the April 2022 high of near $26.25. Following that, the previous yearly high of around $26.95 and the $27.00 threshold will be in focus.

Overall, the Silver price is still on the bull's radar, even with the latest inaction around the multi-day top. Till we did not recommend buying Silver (XAG/USD).

Sell Scenario: - The Silver price has rebounded from its previous resistance line from late March, which is around $25.10 at present, and this could present a challenge to Silver sellers.

If the price of Silver drops below $25.10, then the $25.00 round figure and the 100-SMA support of $23.35 may act as the last defense of the XAG/USD bulls. Till we do not advise selling silver (XAG/USD).
