Today's Scenario: - NZD/USD has declined to 0.6200 during early trading on Thursday, continuing its pullback from the weekly high. The drop in the Kiwi pair is due to a stronger US Dollar, as well as mixed data from New Zealand. Building permits in New Zealand decreased by 9.0% in February, compared to an expected recovery of 0.5% and a previous reading of -5.2%. Despite ANZ's sentiment indices showing improvement for March, they still indicated negative sentiment and failed to attract buyers for the NZD/USD pair. The ANZ Activity Outlook for March improved to -8.5% compared to an expected -12.5% and a previous reading of -9.2%. Additionally, ANZ Business Confidence came in better than expected at -43.4 for March, compared to a forecast of -47.5 and a previous reading of -43.3.

Buy Scenario: - To continue its upward momentum, the NZD/USD pair needs to break above the pivot point at $0.6236 and aim for the first major resistance level at $0.6258. A move towards $0.6250 would indicate a positive trading session. However, the overall market sentiment will remain a significant driving factor for the pair's movement.

In case of a breakout, the next resistance level would likely be tested at the Wednesday high of $0.62709, but the second major resistance level at $0.6293 may prove difficult to breach. The third major resistance level sits at $0.6349.Till we do not advise to buy NZD/USD.

Sell Scenario: - If the pair fails to move above the pivot point, the first major support level (S1) at $0.6202 would come into play. However, unless there is a risk-off sentiment, the NZD/USD pair would probably not fall below $0.6150. The second major support level (S2) is at $0.6180, which could limit the downside. Till we do not advise to sell NZD/USD.
