Today's Scenario: - The latest Quarterly Survey of Business Opinion (QSBO) by the New Zealand Institute of Economic Research (NZIER) suggests that business confidence and firms' own trading activity in New Zealand have shown some improvement in the first quarter. Additionally, the report notes that the Reserve Bank's tightening of monetary policy since November 2021 seems to be having an effect on reducing demand in the economy.

Buy Scenario: - Based on the 4-hourly chart and the Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs), the NZD/USD pair is currently showing bullish signals. The pair is trading above the 50-day EMA at $0.62520, with the 50-day EMA pulling away from the 200-day EMA. The 100-day EMA is also narrowing towards the 200-day EMA, indicating bullish momentum. Till we do not advise to buy NZD/USD.

Sell Scenario: - If the pair maintains its position above the 50-day and 200-day EMAs, it could break out of the resistance level at R1 ($0.6328) and aim for the next resistance level at R2 ($0.6360). On the other hand, if the pair falls below the 50-day and 200-day EMAs, it could encounter support at S1 ($0.6235) and the 100-day EMA ($0.62306). A fall below the 50-day EMA would indicate a bearish signal. Till we do not advise to sell NZD/USD.

Support and Resistance Level: -

S1 0.6236-R1 0.6331
S2 0.6174-R2 0.6364
S3 0.6141-R3 0.6426
