  • Minimum Number of Publicly Held Shares: - The company must have a minimum number of 1.1 million publicly held shares.
  • Minimum Number of Round Lot Shareholders: - The company must have a minimum number of 500 round lot shareholders.
  • Minimum Operating History: - The company must have a minimum operating history of 3 years.
